08.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No. 379 of 2016 on the file of learne
d S.D.J.M., Sambalpur registered under Section 25 of Arms Act.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of the offence, it is directed that
the petitioner be released on bail on executing bond of Rs.10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand) w
ith one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur with
the conditions that he shall not involve himself in any act of the alleged type and shall ap
pear before the Investigating Officer on every alternative Sunday for a period of two months a
fter being released on bail.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
