03. 12.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the S
tate.

 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.204 of 2016 on th
e file of learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack originally registered under Section 379, I.P.C. but sub
sequently charge sheeted under Sections 379/420/ 468/471, I.P.C.

 The allegation against the petitioner was theft of one
 tyre of one vehicle of the informant but subsequently in course of investigation the Police f
ound out that he has prepared some fabricated number plates which were seized from his possess
ion.

 Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has
number of criminal antecedents and a habitual offender.

 Considering the specific nature of allegations and the
 period of detention, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail by furnishing bon
d of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction
 of the learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack in G.R. Case No.204 of 2016 with the conditions that he s
hall not involve himself in any criminal activities and shall report before the I.I.C., Chauli
aganj Police Station on every alternate Sunday for a period of three months after being releas
ed on bail.
