12.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.59 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.,
Nayagarh registered under Sections 341/294/379/506, I.P.C.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh in the aforesaid case shall be r
eleased on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the
like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the conditions that he shall not invol
ve himself in any act of the alleged type and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as
and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
