ABLAPL No.1945 of 2016
12.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is a successive bail application of the petitioner, which was rejected earlier by
ABLAPL No.7799 of 2015 by order dated 19.11.2015. There being no changed circumstances in the
meantime, I do not find any reason to consider the bail application, which has been filed for
the second time by the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed being no
t maintainable in the eye of law.
However, the petitioner is given liberty to avail the benefit of disposal of his bail a
pplication, if filed, in course of the day before the learned courts below in the event of his
surrender as directed in the earlier order of rejection passed in ABLAPL No.7799 of 2015.
