The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.987 of 1992 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Jajpur charge-sheeted under Sections 147/148/323/324/307/337/332/395/436/427/149, I.P.C., Se
ction 3 of the P.D.P.P. Act and Sectio0n 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the alleged occurrence took in course
of a mass agitation and a number of co-accused persons have already been released on bail.
Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed t
hat the petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur in the aforesaid case sha
ll be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the said cour
t.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
