 Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed t
hat the petitioners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar in the aforesaid case
shall be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) each with
 one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that
 they shall not involve themselves in any act of the alleged type and shall appear before the
Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
