Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of allegations made ag
ainst the petitioners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the l
earned S.D.J.M., Baripada, in G.R. Case No.32 of 2016, arising out of Baripada Town P.S. Case
No.06 of 2016, within four weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be released on bail on su
ch terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
