is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Gunupur P.S. Case No.146 of 2015,
corresponding to G.R. Case No.289 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Gunupur,
he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arr
esting officer may deem just and proper.
