Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Choudwar P.S. Case No.0067 of 201
6, corresponding to G.R. Case No.421 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cut
tack, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as th
e arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
