counsel for the State.
Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Cuttack Kishorenagar P.S. Case
No.04 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. Case No.129 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned J.M.
F.C.(R), Cuttack, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and co
nditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
