ABLAPL No.3499 of 2016
02. 18.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned
counsel for the State.
Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Tirtol P.S. Case No.52 of 2016,
corresponding to G.R. Case No.200 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsin
ghpur, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as
the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
