Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of all
egations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrende
rs before the learned J.M.F.C., M.Rampur, in C.T. Case No.153 of 2015, arising out of M.Rampur
P.S. Case No.75 of 2015, within four weeks hence and moves for bail, he shall be released on
bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
