counsel for the State.
Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Khurda P.S. Case No.48 of 2016,
corresponding to G.R. Case No.111 of 2016, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda,
they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the ar
resting officer may deem just and proper.
