 P.S. Case No.269 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.361 of 2016 on the file of learned NG
N-cum-JMFC, Tangi for alleged commission of offence under sections 341/294/323/506/427/380, I.
P.C. has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are having prior e
nmity and for that reason this F.I.R. has been lodged with exaggerated picture of the incident
. Therefore, he urges for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

 Learned counsel for the State opposes the move.

 Considering the submissions, in view of the nature of accusations and other su
rrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed th
at in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the above mentioned ca
se within fifteen days and moves for bail, he be released on bail with such terms and conditio
ns as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that he will no
t indulge in any criminal activity and will not threaten or terrorise the prosecution witnesse
s.
