2. 6.12.2016 The petitioner having been implicated in Mahanga P.S. Case no. 193 o
f 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 750 of 2016 registered for alleged commission of offence
 under section 376/511 IPC pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur has filed this ap
plication under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.
 Considering the submission, viewing the nature of accusations and othe
r surrounding circumstances of the case, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail t
o the petitioner, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court
in seisin of the case within a period of fifteen days hence and moves for his release on bail,
 the same be considered on its own merit and disposed of in accordance with law early without
being influenced by this order.
