11.11.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel.
 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences u
nder Sections 341, 354-A, 354-D, 323 and 506 of the IPC in C.T. Case No.966/2016 of the court
of learned SDJM, Bargarh, arising out of Bargarh Town P.S. Case No.332/2016.

 A prima facie case under Section 354 IPC has been made out against the petiti
oner but the same has not been registered by the Investigating Officer. Finding a prima facie
case under Section 354 IPC, this Court is of the opinion that anticipatory bail should not be
granted to the petitioner.

 However, on the submission of the counsel, the petitioner is at liberty to sur
render before the learned SDJM, Bargarh in the aforesaid case within 21 working days and pray
for bail. On such event, his application shall be considered and disposed of on the same day b
y the learned Magistrate. Case diary be made available to the court.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
