14.12.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand
ing Counsel.

 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences
 under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 506/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.882 of 2016 of the court o
f learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol, arising out of Kuakhia P.S. Case No.145 of 2016.

 Keeping in view the nature of allegations, facts of the case and the fact that
 the petitioners are permanent residents of village Dialakhandi, P.S.-Kuakhia, Dist.-Jajpur an
d there is no reasonable apprehension of their fleeing from justice, the application for antic
ipatory bail is allowed. Moreover, there is no allegation that the petitioners will tamper wit
h the prosecution evidence, if they are released on bail. It is directed that on the event of
arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just
and proper by the Arresting Officer.

 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
