The petitioner having been implicated in Khandapada P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016,
corresponding to G.R. Case No. 07 of 2016 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada for all
eged commission of offence under section 341/294/324/354/307/506/34 of IPC, has filed this app
lication for grant of anticipatory bail.
Prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner having been rejected on merit in AB
LAPL No. 822 of 2016 by order dated 03.03.2016, I do not find any justification to reconsider
the same now.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be grant on proper application.
