 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 147, 148, 341, 323, 294, 354, 451, 342, 379 and 506/149 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.310 o
f 2008 of the court of learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujanga, arising out of Kujanga P.S. Case No.103 o
f 2008. In the meantime charge sheet has been submitted.

 Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the l
earned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujanga within 21 working days in connection with the aforesaid case and a
pply for bail. On such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as dee
med just and proper by the learned Magistrate.

 It is further directed that on the event the petitioner is arrested in the mea
ntime, the Arresting Officer shall produce him before the learned J.M.F.C.(P), Kujanga within
24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.
 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
