 The learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo annexing copy of t
he FIR registered by the Inspector In-charge, Baripada Town Police Station, Baripada.

 It is seen that the petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged
commission of offence under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of the IPC in Baripada Town P.S. Case No
.195/2016, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Baripada.

 None of the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner is punishab
le with a term of imprisonment exceeding seven years. No criminal antecedent is reported again
st the petitioner. The petitioner is a permanent resident of Shyamsundarpur, P.S. Betnoti in t
he district of Mayurbhanj. Hence there is no chance of her absconding from justice. There is
no allegation on behalf of the prosecution that the petitioner shall tamper the prosecution ev
idence if released on bail.

 In that view of the matter, the ABLAPL is allowed. In the event of her
 arrest in the aforesaid case, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the arresting offic
er on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him.

 It is further directed that the petitioner shall cooperate with the in
vestigation of the case and remain present and produce relevant documents as and when required
 by the Investigating Officer.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
