29.07.2016 This application has been filed by opposite party nos. 1 and 2 seeking extension of si
x month time for compliance of the order dated 09.12.2015.
Learned counsel for opposite party nos. 1 and 2 states that while disposing of the wri
t petition, vide order dated 09.12.2015, this Court directed to consider the case of the petit
ioner within a period of three months, but the same could not have done. Therefore, the above
mentioned miscellaneous application has been filed seeking further time to comply the aforesai
d order.
It appears that this Misc. Case was filed on 16.03.2016 and in the meantime three mont
hs period as directed to comply the order has already been over. However, time is granted till
end of August, 2016 to comply the order dated 09.12.2015.
Misc. Case stands disposed of.
