09.12.2015 Heard Mr. S.K. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner files this application seeking for relief against Prasar Bharati (Broad
casting Corporation of India).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the notification issued b
y the Government of India vide S.O. No.727(E) dated 31.03.2010 the Central Administrative Trib
unal has got jurisdiction to deal with the case of the petitioner and therefore, the matter ma
y be transferred to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal for adjudication.
In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, the writ application be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal for ad
judication.
