Heard Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioner files this writ application seeking for a direction to opposite party n
os. 1 & 2 to release his salary component from 17.10.1998 keeping in view the ratio decided in
the case of State of Orissa and Others v. Pradipta Kumar Sutar and others in F.A.O. No.614 of
2012 and in the case of Sri Debendranath Barik Vrs. State of Orissa and others within a stipu
lated time.
Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the grievanc
e the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party No.2 vide Annexure-5 and no decis
ion has yet been taken.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner without expressing any opi
nion on the merits of the contentions raised this Court disposes of the writ petition directin
g opposite party no.2 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5
within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.2 shall be filed within
week.
