Learned counsel for both the parties files a joint memo seeking to dispose of the writ
petition in terms of the memo.
In that view of the matter, with the consent of the parties, this Court disposes of the
writ petition directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- (one lakh ten thousa
nd) before opposite party no.1 towards full and final settlement of the claim made against him
. On depositing the said amount, all the proceedings arising out of the present dispute shall
be closed.
