 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the
 State.
 Petitioner has filed this application challenging the inaction of the opposite parties
 for not investigating into the matter relating to F.I.R filed by the petitioner on 05.08.2015

 It reveals that the petitioner complied with provision of Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C
. by sending a copy of the F.I.R through Registered Post with A.D. to opposite party No.1- Sup
erintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur.
 Hence, this Court disposes of the application with a direction to opposite party No.1-
 Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur to take appropriate action in accordance with law on
production of certified copy of this order.
