tioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is implicated in the offences punishable U/Ss. 457/380 IPC.
The co-accused- Ranjit Kumar Digal is stated to have been released on bail by
this Court, in the meantime and it is submitted that the present petitioner is similarly circu
mstanced with the aforesaid Ranjit Kumar Digal.
Charge Sheet is stated to have been filed, in the meantime.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegation and
the factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall
be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Aska in G.R. Case No.492 of 2013 on such terms an
d conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including th
e conditions that, the petitioner shall appear before the I.I.C., Soroda Police Station once i
n a fortnight on the day and time fixed by the said I.I.C. till conclusion of the trial in all
the cases pending
