dditional Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner is a lady. She is alleged to have taken the victim to a place i
n Delhi and left her there in the house of a person who had promise to give the victim Rs.3,00
0/- (Rupees Three Thousand) per month towards her remuneration. On completion of a month, the
victim was given remuneration of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand). When the victim wanted t
o come back home, she tried to contact the present petitioner over phone, but the petitioners
mobile phone was found to be switched off. Then the victim telephoned her father and with the
assistance of police she was recovered from Dehradun.
The investigation in the meantime is stated to have progressed substantially.
Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the facts and submissions
and the factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner sh
all be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda in G.R. Case No.479 of 2015 on such
terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
