The petitioner is implicated in the offences punishable U/Ss. 354-A/506 IPC an
d Section- 3 (1)(xi) of the SC & ST (PA) Act.
Investigation is stated to have progressed substantially.
The petitioner and informant are stated to be working in the same School since
four years. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that
, there has been no report of such misdemeanor by the petitioner towards the informant at any
point of time.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of offence and the
factum of permanent residence of the petitioner and substantial progress in the investigation
, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Bisam,
Cuttack in G.R. Case No.355 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in
the facts and circumstances of the case.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
