tioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

 The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 376 IPC and other
allied offence.

 After about two years of relationship, the petitioner is stated to have marrie
d the victim girl and taken her to his house, where his parents and other family members chast
ised the victim girl and drove her away.

 Charge Sheet is stated to have been filed, in the meantime.
 Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties including t
he statements of the victim recorded under Sections- 161 and 164 Cr. P.C.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner, his tender age, possibility of reform in him and completion of investi
gation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned

 Judge, Special Court, Dhenkanal in C.T. (Special) POCSO Case No.34 of 2015 on such ter
ms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

 The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
