The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 395 IPC and other
allied offences.
The petitioner is alleged to be the receiver of stolen article and 25 grams of
gold ingot is stated to have been recovered from him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, there is no record of past cr
iminal antecedent against the petitioner.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Cuttack in G.R. Case No.1236 of 2015 on
such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
