nd learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
 The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 20 (b) (ii) (B) of
 the N.D.P.S. Act on the allegation that 10 Kgs. and 10 gms. of contraband Ganja was seized fr
om his possession.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, there is no record of past cr
iminal antecedent against the petitioner.

 Investigation is stated to have progressed substantially.

 Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner, quantity of Ganja seized, which is less than the commercial quantity a
nd substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be rele
ased on bail by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, Special Court, Deogarh in T.R. Case No.3
8 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper including the

 condition that, the petitioner shall not involve himself in similar or any other offen
ce during the currency of this order.
 The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
