Petitioners are implicated in offence punishable under Section 51 of the Wild Life (
Protection) Act, 1972, on the allegation that 5 kgs. of wild deer meet was seized from their p
ossession.
P.R. is stated to have been submitted in the meantime.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no record of past criminal
antecedent against the petitioners.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsels for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioners and completion of enquiry in the meantime, it is directed that each of the pe
titioners shall be released on bail by the learned S.D.J.M., Angul in 2(b) C.C. Case No.20 of
2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
