 The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 395 IPC and other
allied offences.

 Charge Sheet is stated to have been filed, in the meantime.

 Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and the nature of evidence, it is directed that the petitioner shall be
 released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack in G.R. Case No.834 of 2015 on such ter
ms and conditions as deemed just and proper, including the following conditions :-
(i) The petitioner being a permanent resident under Dhenkanal, Sadar Police Station, shall app
ear before the I.I.C., Dhenkanal, Sadar Police

 Station once in a fortnight on the day and time fixed by the said I.I.C. till conclusi
on of the trial in the present case ;
(ii) The petitioner shall not involve himself in similar or any other offence during currency
of this order.

 The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of this order to the I.I.C., Dh
enkanal, Sadar Police Station for compliance.

The bail application is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
