The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/Ss. 399/402 IPC and o
ther allied offence.
Charge Sheet is stated to have been filed, in the meantime.
The petitioner is stated to be involved in some other cases, details of which
has been provided by learned counsel for the petitioner in the form of an affidavit at Flag- A
.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner sha
ll be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara in G.R. Case No.751 of 2015 on such t
erms and conditions as deemed just and proper including the conditions that the petitioner bei
ng a permanent resident under Naugaon Police Station, he shall appear before the
I.I.C., Naugaon Police Station once in a fortnight on the day and time fixed by the sa
id I.I.C. till completion of trial in all the cases pending against him and he shall not invol
ve himself in similar or any other offence during currency of this order.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of this order to the I.I.C., Nauga
on Police Station for compliance.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
