The petitioner is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 307 IPC and other
allied offence.
As submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the principal accused is o
ne Prahallad Panda. The injured is stated to have suffered grievous injury on the non-vital pa
rt of his body, i.e., right leg.
Charge Sheet in the case is stated to have been filed, in the meantime.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegation agai
nst the present petitioner, factum of his permanent residence and completion of the investigat
ion, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C. (R),
Cuttack in G.R. Case No.1662 of 2014 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
