BLAPL No.2953 of 2015
18.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel. The petitioner is implicated in offence punishable under Sections 392, I.P.C. and ot her allied offences. Charge-sheet in the case is stated to have been filed in the meantime.
Some of the co-accused persons, who are stated to be similarly circumstanced with th
e present petitioner, have already been released on bail in the meantime.
Learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that there are eleven cases pending against t
he present petitioner.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of
the petitioner and completion of investigation in the case, it is directed that the petitione
r shall be released on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Surada in G.R. Case No.155 of 2013 on suc
h terms and conditions as deemed just and proper, including the conditions that :-
(i) The petitioner shall appear in person before the I.I.C., Surada P.S. once in a week on the
day and time fixed by the said I.I.C. till conclusion of the trial in all the cases pending a
gainst him; and
(ii) He shall not involve himself in similar or any other offence during currency of this orde
r.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
