11.9.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for
the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sect
ions 366 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3(2)(v) of the S.C. and S.T. (P.A.) Act in G.R. Case
 No.856/2015 of the court of learned S.D.J.M., 3. Nuapada arising out of Jonk P.S. Case No.
66/2015.
3. The petitioner happens to be the father of the main accused, whose name is Dasaratha Ag
haria. In the statement recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. the victim girl h
as not attributed the offence under Section 366 of the I.P.C. and offence under Section 3(2)(
v) of the S.C. and S.T. (P.A.) Act against the present petitioner. No allegation is at all ma
de out against the present petitioner by the informant.

4. Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, nature of the allegations made and the fac
ts of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. According
ly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed. On the event of his arrest
, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed
 just and proper by him in the aforesaid case.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
