The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Section 379 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.747 of 2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Bh
ubaneswar, arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.290 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid
case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as d
eemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
