11.09.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand
ing Counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 341, 294, 323 and 307/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.63 of 2015 of the court of
learned J.M.F.C., Daringbadi, arising out of Daringbadi P.S. Case No.52 of 2015. No criminal a
ntecedent is reported against the petitioners. The injuries sustained by the injured are simpl
e in nature.
Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case and the
fact that the petitioners are permanent residents of village Nilakandarasahi, Daringbadi, PS.D
aringbadi, Dist.Kandhamal, there is no chance of their absconding from justice, application fo
r anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesaid cas
e, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as dee
med just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
