The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Section 47(a) of Bihar and Orissa Excise Act in 2(a) CC Case No.451 of 2014 of the court o
f learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol, arising out of Dharmasala Excise P.R. Case No.50 of 2014-15.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid
case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as d
eemed just and proper by him.
