04.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Gover
nment Advocate.

 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 341, 294, 509, 323, 354 and 506/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.162 of 2015 of th
e court of learned J.M.F.C., Khandapara, arising out of Fategarh P.S. Case No.76 of 2015.
 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that charge sheet has been sub
mitted in the meantime.

 Keeping in view the nature of allegation, this Court is inclined to release th
e petitioners on anticipatory bail on stringent conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are d
irected to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapara in the aforesaid case within 21 d
ays and pray for bail. On such event, they shall be released on bail on stringent conditions a
s deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate.

 It is further directed that on the event the petitioners are arrested in the m
eantime, the Arresting Officer shall produce them before the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapara with
in 24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant them bail as directed above.

 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
