03.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Sec
tions 420, 406 and 507 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No. 300 of 2015 of the court of S.D.J.M., Kh
ordha, arising out of Khordha P.S. Case No.129 of 2015.

 The petitioner is a 70 years old man. The land he intended to sell to the informant ha
s been recorded jointly in the name of the petitioner and some others. Learned counsel for the
 petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in possession of the land. In view of the fac
t of the case, this Court is of the opinion that offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the I.
P.C. are not made out against the petitioner. Offence under Section 507 of the I.P.C. is baila
ble in nature.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, application for
 anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. It is directed that on the event of arrest, t
he petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper
 by the Arresting Officer.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
