04.8.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocate for the
State.

2. Petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offences under Section
s 147/148/294/506/323/325/451/427/ 395/307/149 of the I.P.C. in G.R. Case No.239/2015 of the c
ourt of learned S.D.J.M., Balangir arising out of Balangir Sadar P.S. Case No.70/2015.
3. The injured has sustained grievous injury. Hence the anticipatory bail application of
petitioner nos.1,5 to 9,13,14,17 to 21, 24,26,27,29 to 33, 35 to 45, 47 to 49, 51 t. 55, 57 to
 61 and 63 to 67 is rejected.
4. Keeping in view the fact that there is no specific allegation made against petitioner no
s.2,3,4,10 to 12,15,16,22,23,25,28,34,46,50,56 and 62, who happens to be ladies, and there is
 only general omnibus allegation against them, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory
bail to them. Accordingly, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of
 their arrest, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and condi
tions as deemed just and proper by him in the aforesaid case.
