ate.

 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 341, 294, 323 and 307/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.421/2015 of the court of le
arned SDJM, Bolangir, arising out of Bolangir Town P.S. Case No.184/2015.

 No criminal antecedent is reported against the petitioners. The injuries susta
ined by the injured are simple in nature. The petitioners are permanent resident of Sumara, P.
S.:Tusura, Dist.Bolangir. So, there is no chance of their absconding from justice. The petitio
ners are husband and wife and the occurrence took place because of petty quarrel.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, anticip
atory bail application is allowed. In the event of their arrest in the aforesaid case, the pet
itioners shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as de
emed just and proper by him.

 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
