The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 498-A, 323 and 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act
in C.T. Case No.60 of 2015 of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri, arising out of Nilgiri
P.S. Case No.49 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid
case, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as d
eemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
