21.08.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Gover
nment Advocate.

 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 498-A, 323, 313, 294, 307, 494 and 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the
 Dowry Prohibition Act in G.R. Case No.155 of 2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttac
k, arising out of Kishannagar P.S. Case No.12 of 2015.

 It appears from the FIR that the petitioner nos.1 & 2 are elderly parent-in-la
ws of the informant and others are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant. The main
 allegation of offence under Sections 307 and 313 of the IPC is against the husband of the inf
ormant

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the fact that the petitioners
are permanent residents of village Hullipur, PS.Kishannagar, Dist. Cuttack, application for an
ticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesaid case, t
hey shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed
just and proper by him.

 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
