20.08.2015. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Stand
ing Counsel for the State.

 The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 341, 294, 323 and 307/34 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.373 of 2015 of the court of
 learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak, arising out of Tihidi P.S. Case No.70 of 2015.
 The petitioner was examined by the Medical Officer, who referred his case for
CRANIAL NC CT SCAN. The consultant has given impression that there is normal supra and infrat
entorial brain parenchyma. No criminal antecedent is reported against the petitioner. The inju
ry sustained by the injured is simple in nature.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the fact that the petitioners
are permanent resident of village Baro (Baliarpur), PS. Tihidi, Dist.Bhadrak, there is no chan
ce of their fleeing from justice, application for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event o
f arrest of the petitioners in the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail by the arres
ting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him.
 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
