 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 147, 145, 294, 452, 341, 323, 429, 436, 456 and 345/149 of the IPC in G.R. Case N
o.527 of 2008 of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Banai, Sundargarh, arising out of Koida P.S. C
ase No.86 of 2008.

 It is seen from the record that a person was murdered, as a result of which th
e person of village Koida became angry and started disrupting the normal life for which severa
l cases have been initiated. This case has been initiated by one Umakanta Mallick. The name of
 the petitioner does not find place in the FIR. It is also stated by the learned counsel for t
he petitioner that several co-accused persons have been admitted to anticipatory bail in the p
resent case. It is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, application for anticipatory bail
 is allowed. Let the petitioner surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Banai in the aforesaid
case within 21 days and pray for bail. On such event, he shall be released on bail on such ter
ms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. In case, he is arrested
 by the police in the meantime, the accused shall be produced before the learned Magistrate wi
thin 24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.
 The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
