This is an application for modification of order dated 05.08.2015 passed in ABLAPL No.
1552 of 2015, wherein liberty was given to the petitioner to surrender and move for bail withi
n 21 days before the learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol. The learned counsel for the petitioners subm
its that due to communication gap, the petitioners could not surrender during the time stipula
ted. They have prayed for extension of time.
In view of the aforesaid consideration, the petitioners are directed to surrender and m
ove for bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol in the aforesaid case within fifteen days
hence. The order dated 05.08.2015 is modified to this extent. Other terms and conditions of th
e order dated 05.08.2015 shall remain unaltered.
The Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
