2. Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 14
7/148/435/341/342/307/323/332/333/395/149 of the I.P.C. read with Section 3 of the P.D.P.P. A
ct and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act in G.R. Case No.94/2015 of the court of lea
rned J.M.F.C., Aul arising out of Rajkanika P.S. Case No.41/2015. The petitioner has not been
named in the F.I.R.
3. Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, application for an
ticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on bail by the ar
resting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by him in the aforesaid
case.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
